the staff are quite friendly. i noticed that the food selection was amazing with lots of variety. the greenery throughout the hotel was also very excellent. it was like a little paradise.
guest relations did not seem helpful . the taxis also seemed to operate strangely, as card payments were not accepted. i found this to be inconvenient and odd.

I appreciated the variety of food options available daily. Ice cream and various beverages were accessible throughout the day. The water park offered fun for both adults and kids. I found the quick service from attentive waiters very beneficial.
The minibar was not always refilled daily .
